Express Delivery Service For GIDCO Products

Our Express Delivery Service is designed to assist customers who are in urgent need of our products. This service assures shipment in half the time required for the product involved. We will do whatever is necessary to meet this date, including daily and weekend overtime, premium charges for materials we purchase, set up charges, etc. The charge for this service is 15% of the selling price for products priced above $250.00 each, and 20% for those priced below.

Please note that we measure required time for express items in working days beginning with the day following the receipt of the order, which is day one. Weekends and holidays are not included.

While we make every effort to meet quoted Express Delivery dates, occasionally we are unable to meet a date because of circumstances beyond our control. In these instances the additional charge is waived.




Test Ordering a Wheel

GIDCO believes we can supply top quality and service. That's why we have established an outstanding test order policy. Try our wheels and experience the GIDCO promise.

+ You may use ten percent of the abrasive depth of a wheel product without cost to you.
+ Should you decide to continue using the product beyond this point, we will ask for payment for part or all of it based upon its performance versus your standard. During your evaluation please take into account both life and price of our product versus your standard.
+ Assuming the product is offering you reasonable performance, we appreciate the right to request that you continue to use it to completion.
+ Along with any return or request for credit, regardless of percentage used, please include an explanation of the reason for return, so that we might benefit from your feedback.

Test ordering a GIDCO wheel is done via GIDCO's [customer service] or your regional sales representative.




Consignment Ordering GIDCO Products

A Consignment Agreement or Purchase Order is sent to us for a determined amount for a three month usage. The order can be for any type and/or number of wheels. The total quantity will be manufactured and shipped. Each box will contain a packing slip. This slip will have all the information regarding purchase order number, type of wheel, specification, and serial number. When a wheel is put into use, the usage is reported back to General. When the usage is reported an invoice will be sent for that wheel. The customer pays the invoice based on our normal terms of net 30 days. The customer will be given six months from the shipment date, plus a thirty day grace period, before they are billed for any wheels not yet reported.

It is suggested that when the inventory of consignment wheels reaches a four to five week usage, a new purchase order be sent in for the next three months usage, unless you have established a restock level with General.

Hold For Release Ordering GIDCO Products

All Hold For Release orders must have a Purchase Order or a Hold For Release Request Form. The items requested will be manufactured and held on our shelf for up to 6 months. After the 6 month period has expired all items will automatically be shipped and invoiced. Normal payment terms of net 30 days will apply.
